These transformers are built on demand with power and voltage values for primary and secondary windings according to the Client’s needs.
They are impregnated with anti-mold resin which makes them suitable for very humid environments, also improving thermal dissipation and electrical insulation.
We employ top-quality materials, such as low loss magnetic steel or grain oriented in order to optimize output, a key factor for high power transformers.
Our experience allows us to design and build power transformers suitable for most implementations and we are capable of adapting our manufacturing process to suit our Clients’ requests.
When power size requires it, we place air channels between the windings (in frontal-only version or on 4 sides of the windings) which improve heat dissipation and inter-winding insulation; these air channels can also be useful to reduce the Icc values, a key detail for when the transformer is implemented in electronic devices.
