These transformers are custom-built with characteristics and primary and secondary voltage values indicated from time to time by individual customers. All transformers are impregnated with anti-mold insulating varnishes, an operation that makes them suitable for operation in very humid environments, also improving thermal dissipation and electrical insulation. The best materials are used, such as low-loss or grain-oriented magnetic sheet, to optimize transformer efficiency, a very important factor in high-power transformers. The design based on our experience allows us to build power transformers suitable for the most varied applications and we are able to adapt our construction method to the requests of our customers.

When the sizing power requires it, between the windings of the transformers there are ventilation air channels, in front-only or on all 4 sides of the coils version, which in addition to favoring heat dissipation, improve insulation and determine a reduction in short-circuit current, a non-negligible element when the transformer is inserted in circuits with electronic devices.
